・Due to delivery schedules, we may not be able to meet your desired delivery time. Thank you for your understanding.

・Please note that if delivery takes longer than usual or delivery is not possible due to reasons such as not being at home when the delivery is made or the delivery address being unknown, we will not provide refunds or redelivery.

-Please note that due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds for reasons of customer convenience.

・We cannot send to PO boxes.

-Products and prices may change without notice, and product photos are for illustrative purposes only.

For domestic shipping, orders will be accepted only after you have understood and agreed to the following items in addition to the information above.

*In addition to the product price, a packaging fee of $10 + actual shipping cost will be charged separately*

  • If your order contains frozen foods, we will pack them with ice packs, but they will arrive thawed. Please note that we cannot guarantee the quality of the food.
  • We will use a delivery company to arrange shipping, but please note that even if there is a possibility of delivery delays due to circumstances with the delivery company, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges.
  • In rare cases, delivery may take place after 8 PM, but please refrain from inquiring about delivery times as we cannot accommodate specific delivery times like Japanese delivery companies.
  • Shipping is limited to Monday through Wednesday (excluding public holidays).
  • 冷凍食品を含む場合は保冷剤を入れて梱包をいたしますが、お手元には解凍状態で届きます。品質の保証は出来かねますことをあらかじめご了承ください。

  • 配送業者を利用して発送の手配をさせて頂きますが、配送業者の事情によりお届けに遅延の可能性がありましても返品・交換もお受けできないことをご了承の上お申し込みください。

  • 配送が8PMを過ぎる事もまれにございますが、日本の配送業者のように時間指定のお手配ができませんので配達時間のお問い合わせはご遠慮ください。
